Sign up and log in to the Skipp portal

The Skipp portal is where you'll manage all your projects. See below for instructions on how to sign up and log in:



Before you get started

Skipp is currently invite-only. To sign up, the following is required:

  • A Skipp team member must create your account
  • Your company has its own Skipp portal
  • When signing up or logging in, make sure you’re using your work email address

Please email [email protected] if you need an account created or are unable to find the link to your company’s Skipp portal.

Note that the Skipp portal and the Skipp 3D app have two separate logins. The first time you use the Skipp 3D app, you will need to create an account.

Sign up for a Skipp account

To create a new Skipp account:

  • Look for an email from [email protected] (the subject line should include "You've been invited")
  • Click on the link in the email
  • Create a password

Log in to Skipp

After you've signed up, next time you'll be able to log in:

  • Open the Skipp portal (you should see your company name and logo on the page, like the screenshot below)
  • Enter your email address and click Continue
  • Enter your password and click Continue

Having trouble signing up or logging in?

Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Have you created an account for the Skipp portal? You'll know the answer is yes IF you had to click through an email [email protected] to create a login and password. Note, the 3D app has a separate login, so if you have signed up for the app you will still need to sign up for the portal.
  2. Are you on the correct website? The URL will either be specific to your company (yourcompanyname.skipppartner.com) or a generic portal (workspace.skipppartner.com). You should NOT see another company name or "demo" in the logo or on the portal.
  3. Are you using the correct email address? Make sure to use the same email address where you received your invitation from [email protected].
  4. If you reset your password, did you allow time to pass before attempting to log in with the new password? There may be some delays between when you reset your password and when you're able to log in again. If you've just reset your password, try to log in with the new password again after some time has passed
