Download and sign up for the 3D app
The Skipp 3D app is used to measure a homeowner's space. See below for instructions on how to sign up and log in:
Before you get started
The Skipp 3D app uses LiDAR to scan a space. This means you'll need an iPhone Pro (model 12 or newer) or an iPad Pro in order to use the app. Not sure if your device has LiDAR? Check here.
Download the app and sign up
To create a Skipp 3D app account:
- Click Sign up
- Enter your work email address and create a password
Note that the Skipp portal and the Skipp 3D app have two separate logins. The first time you use the Skipp 3D app, you will need to create an account.
Log in
After you've signed up once, you'll be able to log in using the password you created. Now you can use it to scan a space.
Having trouble signing up or logging in?
Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Have you created an account for the Skipp 3D app? Note, the Skipp portal has a separate login, so if you have signed up for the portal you will still need to sign up for the app.
