FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I do if I have more comments after I submit a revision?

Short answer: Tell us to submit a new revision

If you have any additional comments to add after you've already submitted a revision, please tell Skipp to submit a new revision. Simply include in your message "Please submit this as a revision".

Why?

Skipp needs confirmation from you that you'd like to submit a revision.

This step is meant as a safeguard to ensure we're not charging you for revisions that you didn't ask for. It's also our way of confirming you have provided all the comments you would like included in this next revision.

Skipp begins work on a new revision as soon as it's submitted, so adding comments after a revision is submitted causes delays. We highly recommend waiting to submit a revision until you have all comments. However, we understand that isn't always possible. When you do need to add more comments, following the steps above will ensure we're able to move as quickly as possible.
